Multisensor aerial survey of the Republic of Croatia

Flycom Technologies is part of an international consortium that signed a contract with the State Geodetic Administration of the Republic of Croatia at the end of 2021 for the project “Multisensor Aerial Survey of the Republic of Croatia for Natural Disaster Risk Assessment”, implemented under the Operational Program “Competitiveness and Cohesion” for 2014 -2020.

Lidar and orthophoto data capture from the air will be completed in 2022. Data captured will be used to create a digital orthophoto map of Croatia and to implement a highly accurate digital terrain model (DTM), which will be “essential tool for spatial planning, prevention and analysis of risks associated with repairs, earthquakes, and other natural disasters, updating national maps and basis for others geoinformation systems” as stated at State Geodetic Administration.
