Flycom Technologies d.o.o. has obtained funding from the call for proposals Support to start-up, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in strategic sustainable and circular business transformation 2022-2025 (call acronym: JR STKTP NOO 2022-2025) under the Recovery and Resilience Facility. The Ministry of Economic Development and Technology will provide the financial resources for the implementation of the call for proposals.
In the first strand (Phase A), we are included in the Sustainable Business Strategies and Models Academy (TPSMP Academy) programme, implemented by SPIRIT Slovenia.
The first working meetings (Phase A) under the mentorship of the assigned expert Breda Kotar started in October 2023. The aim and outcome of the meetings will be an updated Sustainable and Circular Business Strategy of the company until 2028.
In the framework of the project implementation, we will, among others, address:
- Sustainable leadership and work organisation
- Use of the latest sustainable materials, technologies, and services at competitive prices
- Employee development
- Paperless operations and zero municipal waste
- Optimisation and digitalisation of all business processes.
One of the outcomes of the working meetings in Phase A will be the preparation of an implementation project for Phase B, which will address the implementation of the company’s sustainable and circular business strategy, while measuring all the effects that the transformation will have on the environment, society and the economy and, consequently, on the company’s business performance.
Phase A will be completed on 23 February 2024, and we will then submit an application for Phase B, as well as the implementation project that will be proposed for grant funding.
