In collaboration with consortium partners Irnas in C-Astral, Flycom Technologies has successfully secured funding for an innovative pilot-demonstration project. Last Wednesday, we signed a funding agreement with SPIRIT Slovenia ort he pilot-demonstration project, LIFT Forest – eVTOL AI, focused on forest biomass analysis, as part of the Recovery and Resilience Fund call.
Javna agencija SPIRIT Slovenija (SPIRIT Slovenia, the public agency), received a total of 60 consortium applications in response to the call, but only approved funding for 21 projects. Among them is our project, LIFT Forest – eVTOL AI, aimed at forest biomass analysis. The project’s goal is to create a digital twin that will provide data on forest inventory and biomass condition with precision and coverage that is currently unattainable with existing forest monitoring methods.
