The emphasis was on the efficiency of combining different data sources to create high-resolution 3D models, Digital Surface Models (DSMs), and true orthophotos.

High accuracy is key for reliable data extraction, which forms the foundation for executing demanding further geoanalyses. New technologies allow us significantly shorter acquisition time intervals and thus faster updating of spatial data.

Flycom Technologies actively incorporates modeling with artificial intelligence (AI) and the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) into its workflows, which increases the efficiency and quality of data processing, especially in automatic classification and object recognition (e.g., buildings, vegetation, infrastructure).

With these advanced approaches, Flycom significantly contributes to the development of the geodetic community of Slovenia.

Vid Jakopin

Presentation

On Tuesday, 9.12.2025, a conference on the topic of quality spatial data and cooperation for the development of digital Slovenia was held in the Crystal Palace.
